About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Personal Injury Lawyer to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, from initial client intake through to settlement or trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients who have sustained injuries due to negligence.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and public liability claims.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and prepare compelling legal arguments.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and supportive guidance throughout the legal process.
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and best practices in personal injury law.
Skills and Experience
- 3 + years PAE in personal injury law.
- Admission as a solicitor in Queensland.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a caseload of personal injury matters.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
