Lead agile delivery across application sustainment, data migration and cyber security uplift, keeping dependencies, risks and release priorities visible to the client.
Opportunities are subject to tender outcome and client selection.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams, facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain an integrated delivery plan and prioritised backlog.
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies, impediments, delivery risks and release readiness with technical leads and client stakeholders.
- Track progress, capacity and delivery confidence using meaningful measures; provide concise reporting and escalates decisions early.
- Embed quality, security remediation and knowledge transfer into delivery planning and acceptance.
- Support collaboration between client personnel and contractors, with clear ownership and sustainable ways of working.
Essential experience
- Demonstrated delivery leadership at SFIA Level 5 in complex enterprise application environments.
- Experience coordinating delivery within Angular-based enterprise architectures and understanding dependencies across applications, APIs, data, testing and security.
- Strong Scrum facilitation, backlog management, stakeholder engagement and evidence-based delivery reporting.
- Experience managing sustainment alongside enhancement delivery and coordinating technical risks across teams.

Desirable experience
Experience with secure government delivery, Dev Sec Ops uplift and data migration; relevant agile or delivery certifications.
