Key Responsibilities
- Operate roller machinery safely and efficiently
- Complete compaction works to project requirements
- Carry out pre-start checks and report equipment faults
- Assist the ground crew with general labouring when not operatingFollow site procedures and directions from supervisors
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area
What You'll Need
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Previous experience on civil road projects
- Confidence operating a range of roller machinery
- Willingness to undertake general labouring duties
- Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
