About the role
We’re seeking an ambitious, physically fit, highly motivated Manager to lead our Holland Park site. This active, hands-on role combines team leadership, equipment maintenance and commercial responsibility within our established systems and proven car wash model.
You’ll take charge of:
- Daily operations, team performance and exceptional customer service.
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and reducing downtime.
- Sales growth, Wash Club memberships, labour costs and profitability.
- Site presentation, safety and operational standards.
You’ll bring:
- Proven management experience is essential, with the ability to lead 12 or more staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role within a process driven business.
- Strong organisational skills to juggle priorities, meet deadlines and stay composed under pressure.
- A focus on customer service and quality control.
- A positive attitude, commitment and pride in your work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers and suppliers.
- A current driver’s licence and relevant forklift licence.
- A trade background, particularly electrical or plumbing, and mechanical experience are highly regarded.
- Car wash experience is preferred, but not essential.
