- Hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / Identity Now
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts
- Experience in application onboarding and connector development
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON, REST, and scripting (Power Shell/Java/Python preferred)
- Familiarity with IAM standards (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Sail Point certification (Identity Now / ISC)
- Experience in enterprise IAM implementations
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO)
