Zone & Co is seeking an Australia-based Technical Writer to join our Product Enablement team on a part-time, fixed-term basis for ~3 months, around 14 hours per week. You will reorganize, update, and expand the ZonePayroll Knowledge Base for human readers and AI agents, and build onboarding modules for customers and new hires.
Payroll and NetSuite experience is preferred. The role collaborates with Support, Product, and Development, with a strong emphasis on multimedia content and adult learning.
