ZMH Metal Roofing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of our estimating and tendering operations across commercial construction, high-end residential projects and architectural roofing and cladding. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, completing quantity take-offs, forecasting labour and material costs, identifying commercial risks, negotiating with builders and suppliers, and securing profitable projects. Working directly with the business owner, you will manage the tender pipeline, develop strong client relationships, implement efficient estimating systems and help drive the company's continued growth.
This is a senior position offering genuine autonomy, work-from-home flexibility, performance incentives and the opportunity to progress into a commercial leadership role. Extensive estimating experience within commercial construction, high-end residential building or specialist construction is essential. Roofing-specific experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
