About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Installation Technician Plumber to join our team, where you will provide install & service work on our boiling & chilled water units. As a Installation Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer focused with a knack for fault finding as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organised and presenting yourself in the utmost professional way.
Skills & experience:
- Full trade qualifications as a Plumber
- Excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service experience
- Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry
- An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance
