Zip Co is seeking an experienced Compliance Operations Manager to manage Privacy requests across Australia and New Zealand, and to oversee the External Dispute Resolution process in collaboration with AFCA and FSCL. You will use data to identify risks, strengthen processes, and drive a proactive, customer-focused compliance environment.
You will coordinate the EDR workflow, prepare submissions, and partner with Customer Service, Credit, Fraud and Product teams to deliver fair outcomes.
