Delivering an annual portfolio of more than $1.2 billion, our work helps keep energy flowing safely and reliably to communities across Australia while supporting the nation's energy transition. With a workforce of more than 2,800 people, we deliver complex infrastructure, asset management and field services across Australia's east coast. Our people draw on deep industry experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and practical innovation to deliver the right outcomes for our clients and communities.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the delivery of Evoenergy's electricity network programs across the ACT. Operating in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment, you will lead the planning, forecasting, coordination and performance management of a portfolio of network maintenance, capital and customer-funded works. Working closely with Evoenergy, field delivery teams, planners and commercial stakeholders, you will ensure programs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations, regulatory obligations and business performance targets. This is a role where sound judgement, proactive decision making and the ability to work through complexity are valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of underground electricity network work programs, ensuring commitments, priorities and client expectations are achieved.
  • Manage program forecasts, schedules, budgets and resource plans to support safe and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, program performance, financial outcomes, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships with the client and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of coordination and escalation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, visibility, forecasting accuracy and delivery outcomes.

About You

You are a practical and commercially minded leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You combine strong program management capability with the confidence to make decisions, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with clients and delivery teams to achieve outcomes. You will bring:

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent experience managing complex infrastructure or utility programs.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering maintenance, construction or capital works programs within electricity, utilities, infrastructure or a related industry.
  • Strong financial, forecasting and reporting capability, with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and performance metrics.
  • A proven ability to build credibility with clients and stakeholders while leading teams to deliver safe, cost-effective and timely outcomes.
  • Accountability, resilience and sound judgement, with a practical approach to problem solving and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Why Work With Us

What we do matters. Delivering safe and reliable energy infrastructure makes a difference to communities every day.
