About the Role

Based in Lilydale and reporting to the Completions Team Leader, the Completions Coordinator plays an important part in progressing completed field work through to billing. You will review and process completed work orders, maintain accurate information in SAP and follow up with field crews where completion details are missing or unclear. This is a practical, process-driven role where accuracy and follow-through matter. You will work closely with field and delivery teams to resolve straightforward issues, maintain reliable records and help ensure jobs are closed out correctly and within required timeframes. It is a great opportunity to build your administration and systems experience within the electricity distribution and infrastructure industry.

You will:

  • Process completed work orders from field completion through to billing readiness.
  • Enter, update and maintain accurate work-order and completion information in SAP.
  • Review completion details and follow up with field crews to resolve missing, unclear or inconsistent information.
  • Identify and resolve basic billing issues, escalating more complex matters when required.
  • Maintain clear records while following established completion, billing, data-quality and document-control processes.

About You

You will be organised, dependable and comfortable working through detailed administrative processes. You take ownership of your work, recognise when information does not look right and follow up proactively to find a practical solution. You will also communicate clearly with field crews and internal teams while maintaining consistent and accurate records.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry.
  • Sound computer and administration skills, with experience using SAP or a similar system viewed favourably.
  • An organised approach to managing routine work, competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, including the confidence to follow up information with field teams.
  • Previous experience in administration, work-order processing, completions, billing support or civil construction viewed favourably.
