We are a well established digital print and sign company located on the southside
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person with great customer service skills to join our team in a Full-time or Part-time position. If you are passionate about providing excellent service, administrative tasks, and supporting sales activities, we want you to be a part of our team.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting directly to our manager, in this role, you will:
- Following up customers when required
- Ensure customer orders are met and goods are delivered within agreed time frames
- Monitoring office inboxes and general correspondence
- Supporting managers with general administrative tasks
- Data entry and maintaining accurate company records
- Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical)
- General office coordination and front-of-house duties
- Making sure our customers are happy and satisfied with our products and service
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous industry experience is preferred but not essential together with a sound understanding of the products used in the Print, Sign and graphics industry
- A hard working and motivated person with experience in administration, communications, customer service
- Strong attention to details and a high level of organisation
- Excellent communications and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work unsupervised
