Zerra DC is building the operating framework for Western Downs Digital Park in Kogan, Queensland. The Operational Contracts Manager will lead procurement, contract establishment and ongoing governance, coordinating with Operations, Design, Legal and Finance to translate requirements into robust commercial outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the contracting backbone for a new campus, drive tendering and vendor performance, manage risk and enable continuous improvement as the site.
