Zendesk is seeking a Platform Architect for Forethought AI to lead pre‐sales technical efforts and architect multi‐step workflows. You will partner with Enterprise AEs and customers to demonstrate platform feasibility and craft technical designs, guiding from discovery to prototype delivery.
You will translate client needs into scalable architectures, guide integration patterns with APIs, and drive PoV trials with clear success metrics, shaping the product roadmap and enterprise value.
