Zeal Personnel seeks a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of a plant upgrade project in the Goldfields of WA. Reporting to the Project Director, you will own delivery on a hands-on, senior leadership basis, coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced, remote site environment.
You will drive safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with client representatives, engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
