We're looking for a relationship-focused Property Manager to join our Head Office team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Parental Leave Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing national store network while working alongside Franchisees, landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day property matters across our national store portfolio
- Coordinating lease administration, compliance, rent reviews, and landlord relationships
- Supporting new store development, leasing, and store opening projects
- Leading property workflows, systems, and reporting
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Experience in commercial, retail, or residential property, or a property-related administration role
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering outcomes
