As our People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee experience across the business. Working closely with the People & Culture Manager & Team Leader, you'll help attract, develop, and retain great people while supporting a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Preparing employment contracts and people-related documentation
- Coordinating employee training, development programs, and compliance requirements
- Conducting employee check-ins and supporting engagement initiatives
- Assisting leaders with performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations
- Maintaining HR systems, employee records, and reporting
- Acting as a first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries
- Contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance culture, capability, and employee experience
About You
You are highly organised, proactive, and passionate about people. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional support to both employees and leaders.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture, Administration, or people-focused role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- HR or Business qualifications (desirable but not essential)
This is an on-site role based at our Eagleby Support Office, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
