How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including managing rosters, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high clinical standards.
- Creating Empowering Transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, peels, masks, and Fractional RF, leaving clients feeling confident.
- Uphold Our Values: Foster a workplace culture built on Passion, Care, and Determination, helping your team thrive.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
- Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others' success.
- The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
- For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
