Key Responsibilities
- Leading the team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining strict food safety, quality, and presentation standards
- Supporting and mentoring both new and existing team members
- Providing warm, welcoming, and professional customer service
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised, and inviting for all guests
- Assisting with stock management, ordering, and basic administrative tasks
What You Bring
- Previous hospitality or supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and natural leadership skills
- A willingness to learn our unique systems and brand standards
- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy, fast-paced shifts
Availability Requirements:
- High flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Candidates must have full summer availability (specifically between 14th Dec - 30th Jan) and a desire to grow with the brand.
