Zambrero is seeking an Area Manager to oversee four Zambrero restaurants across the Sunshine Coast QLD and Mid North Coast NSW, including Port Macquarie and Lake Innes. This full‐time role requires travel between sites and a focus on profitability, operations, and a high‐performing team culture.
You will lead restaurant managers, drive forecasting and cost controls, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a positive customer experience across all locations.
