About the Role
As a Night Supervisor / Attendant, you will work closely with the Venue Manager Assistant Manager and Duty Managers to ensure the smooth operations during evening and night shifts.
You will play a key role on shift – Supporting the team, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching staff, and creating a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Create a welcoming, energetic and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations across all departments
- Ensure gaming, TAB, and food & beverage operations run smoothly
- Coach, mentor and motivate team members
- Maintain venue standards, compliance and procedures
- Monitor staffing levels to meet service and operational requirements
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve venue goal

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Gaming and TAB operations
- A passion for customer service and team development
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills

You must hold current:
- RSA
- RSG
- Victorian Gaming License
