What we're looking for
To join our casual educator team, you'll need:
- An Australian-recognised Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- At least 50 hours of recent Australian Long Day Care experience
- A current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- The ability to provide two supervisory references from Australian Long Day Care services
- A good understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Confidence supporting children's learning, development, routines and wellbeing
- The ability to adapt quickly to different centre environments, rooms and age groups
- A genuine commitment to child safety and creating positive experiences for children
