Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control
- Lead, train, roster, and manage a team of retail staff

- Implement merchandising strategies to improve product presentation and sales

About you
- Diploma of Business or higher, or relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales and retail management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets effectively
- Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
