Your senior sales and marketing experience, applied to independent work you run yourself: remote, independent and performance-based.
You would build your own pipeline of enquiries for personal development and leadership education programmes and lead each conversation through to a decision, using a proven system, templates and training. The work is yours to run.
What you'd get:

Day to day:
- Run marketing activity using the systems and templates provided, applying your own commercial judgement to refine what performs
- Own your enquiry pipeline from first contact through to a decision
- Lead calls with enquirers, handling detailed questions with credibility and confidence
- Analyse conversion data and adjust your approach independently
- Take part in senior-level training and ongoing development sessions
Who it's for:
15+ years' experience in a senior sales, marketing or commercial background (Director, Head of, VP or equivalent), with a strong track record building relationships at a senior level and a high degree of autonomy. A genuine interest in personal development is helpful.
How the work happens:
Remote and independent, with a minimum of 15 hours a week needed to build this. This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent contractor opportunity, and applicants should be comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for their own performance and results. Performance-based earning structure; income is not guaranteed.
