Educator Positions: ECT, Diploma, Certificate III & Experienced

We're seeking educators who bring:

• A genuine passion for child development and EYLF principles
• Warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to intentional practice
• A desire to collaborate and build meaningful relationships with families
• The mindset to continuously reflect and grow
• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Experience levels:

• Strong experience with 0-2 year rooms - immediate priority (interviews happening now)
• ECT/new graduates - we actively support emerging educators who show genuine passion and commitment
• Certificate III & Diploma holders - strong candidates to expand our team capacity

• Competitive salaries: $65,000-$107,500+ (based on experience & qualifications)
