YOMG is looking for a confident Front of House Supervisor who can lead from the floor, support the team and keep the guest experience strong throughout every shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role. When rostered as the person in charge, you will coordinate the front of house team, allocate stations and breaks, manage service flow and respond to guest or operational issues. You will set the pace while coaching team members and maintaining YOMG standards across hospitality, product, cash and cleanliness.
What You Will Do
- Lead assigned shifts and provide clear direction to two or more team members.
- Allocate stations, coordinate breaks and adjust deployment as trade changes.
- Set the standard for hospitality, order accuracy, speed and presentation.
- Coach team members in real time and support onboarding and station training.
- Resolve guest concerns within your authority and escape significant matters promptly.
- Complete opening or closing, cash, security, food safety and operational checks accurately.
- Monitor stock, waste and labour deployment during the shift.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in front of house hospitality, retail or quick-service operations.
- Confidence leading a team and making practical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication, organisation and guest-recovery skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
- Availability across the roster required for the role.
