We're looking for a hands-on Venue Leader to join our Fish Market team in Sydney!

- What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
- Take responsibility for daily venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance
- Maintain product quality, food safety standards and operational excellence
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Monitor and drive key venue KPIs and team performance
- Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely and delivers a memorable guest experience
- Build a positive team culture where people feel supported and motivated
- Work closely with the wider leadership team to achieve venue goals
- Be hands on in the venue and lead by example, especially during busy periods
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR
- Strong operational skills, including rostering, stock management and team performance
- A hands on leader who isn't afraid to jump in and get things done
- Ability to build a positive team culture and genuinely connect with your people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different team members
- Calm under pressure, resilient and able to think on your feet
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
