What you'll be doing:
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sunshines over our beautiful pilbara garden and nature play area. When the door opens, you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit. You'll lead the close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'll maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you'll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you…
- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
- Have an ACECQA approved degree or diploma in EarlyChildhood or equivalent
- Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
- Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
- Have previous experience in children services, developingand implementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
- Are able to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
