YMCA Victoria is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Peter Krenz Leisure Centre in Bendigo.
You will greet members, respond to enquiries via email, phone or in person, and handle general administrative tasks with a strong customer focus.
You will tour prospective members, promote programs, process payments, and support Duty Managers to ensure smooth facility operation.
The role is casual with weekday and weekend availability and includes superannuation and Y benefits.
