YMCA South Australia is seeking an Education and Inclusion Leader to join our Quality team, supporting multiple sites in the northern region. The role is part-time, up to 32.5 hours per week, with duties spanning curriculum direction, inclusion strategies and staff mentoring across services.
You will guide educators on planning cycles, ensure alignment with learning frameworks, and support Assessment and Rating processes while promoting high-quality children's services.
