YMCA Brisbane Caloundra is seeking an enthusiastic Gymnastics Competitive Leader to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. You will develop and coordinate our competitive program, mentor coaches, and lead sessions to help gymnasts reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive Y environment.
You’ll assess gymnasts, craft lesson plans, manage rosters, and support the coaching team across competition levels, including weekend events.
