YMCA Victoria is seeking an Operations (Lifeguard) Team Leader for Maldon Outdoor Pool in Mount Alexander Shire. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a lifeguard team, manage recruitment, training and scheduling, and ensure aquatic safety protocols are followed, including incident reporting and audits.
You will also handle rostering and staff payments, coordinate with centre leaders, and contribute to end-of-month reporting and invoicing, with the role offered on a part-time basis.
