The Role
At YHI POWER, we’re committed to fostering growth and opportunity for our team. We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Support / Office Administrator to join our QLD team in Wacol.
Main responsibilities:
- Professionally and promptly processing customer orders, quotes, and telephone inquiries.
- Ensuring customer orders are delivered as per the promised delivery date.
- Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and identifying opportunities to upsell.
- Assisting walk-in customers.
- Supporting stocktaking and stock reconciliation activities.
Essential Experience Needed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude, positive outlook, and strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with the SAP SD module is advantageous but not essential.
