YHA Australia is seeking a proactive Guest Services All-Rounder for Cairns Central to provide warm, efficient guest services across reception, housekeeping, activities and F&B.

The ideal candidate will bring customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
