YH Support is seeking Female Disability Support Workers to support participants with community access in Lurnea, NSW and surrounding areas.
This casual role will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients with disabilities, helping with daily living activities and supporting independence and wellbeing.
You will work closely with clients to assist daily living activities, accompany them in the community, and document progress while adhering to safety protocols.
