Delivery Driver (Gold Coast)

We’re looking for an experienced, professional Delivery Driver to join our Gold Coast distribution team. Extensive multi‑drop delivery and customer service experience is essential.

This is a largely autonomous role suited to someone who takes initiative, works independently, and enjoys taking ownership of their daily run. You’ll have the flexibility to organise your deliveries efficiently while meeting customer commitments and business requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Complete multi‑drop deliveries safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Plan and manage your daily run, adapting to changing schedules and customer needs.
• Use NowGo, our delivery app, to manage and record deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with customers about delivery arrangements.
• Install products on‑site when required.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
• Load and unload your vehicle as required.
• Keep your van clean, organised, and well‑maintained.
• Assist with warehouse pick‑packing and stock control when required.
• Participate in company training and ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For

• Are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Have strong knowledge of Gold Coast roads and traffic conditions and are confident navigating efficiently throughout the city.
• Hold a clean and current driver’s licence (Class LR is a bonus).
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Are physically fit and able to lift heavy items throughout the day.Can quickly learn and navigate mobile delivery systems and apps.
• Communicate well with both customers and team members.
• Remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Take pride in being organised, punctual, and professional.
