What you'll actually be doing:
- Leading the marketing and communications function across Yamaha branded and white-label finance and insurance products.
- Launching integrated campaigns, optimising customer journeys, analysing performance data, planning events, briefing creative partners or developing communications for our Dealer Partners.
- Building and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Driving brand consistency across customer, dealer and partner channels.
- Managing digital performance across SEO, SEM and paid media.
- Leading customer insights, market research and competitor analysis.
- Developing dealer marketing toolkits and lead generation programs.
- Managing websites, digital content and social media activity.
- Owning CRM communications, email marketing and customer journeys.
- Planning events, trade shows and partner activations.
- Working closely with agencies, vendors and internal teams to deliver great outcomes.
- Continuously improving customer experience through smarter marketing.

- Strong performance marketing knowledge across SEO, SEM and paid media.
- Experience working in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with web, social and content platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
