The Role
We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand Assistant to join our caring team on a Part-Time basis. You'll help prepare and serve nutritious meals that bring comfort and joy to our residents, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment. Duties Include:
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and meal service.
- Support the chef with general kitchen and cleaning duties.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards are met.
- Deliver exceptional dining service with a smile.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all kitchen areas.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Aged Care highly desirable but not essential.
- Currently hold and maintain a NDIS Check (or willing to obtain).
