Altus is seeking an experienced Lending Adviser / Mortgage Broker to join our in-house Lending team. You will manage clients from discovery through to settlement, provide strategic credit advice, and build trusted long-term relationships with our accounting and wealth teams to deliver integrated advice.
With at least three years’ mortgage broking experience in complex deals, you will assess borrowing capacity, research lender products and prepare loan submissions to support residential.
