Responsibilities
- Coach delivery teams and leaders in iterative deliverypractices.
- Facilitate retrospectives and make improvementopportunities visible.
- Support teams through changes to the Ways of Working.
- Train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads.
Essential: agile or delivery coaching across multipleteams in large organisations.
Desirable: ICAgile, SAFe or Kanbancertification; government experience.
