Experience
- Hands on Experience in Salesforce Architecture/Solution Architecture
- Full cycle implementation experience with SFDC (application design/integration/deployment) and ability to map business processes to SFDC.
- Strong knowledge of SFDC and Integration components for SFDC (SFDC APIs, Security, Data Model, Apex Web Services and APIs, outbound messaging).
- Proficiency in APEX and Visual force. Deep knowledge of SFDC configuration including workflows, validation rules, approval processes.
- Good understanding of enterprise application integration including SOA, ESB, EAI ETL data migration and hands-on experience with middleware tools such as Informatica, Cast Iron, TIBCO, ETL tools, etc.
- Ability to define the system landscape architecture and identify gaps between current and desired end-states.
- Good to Have Skills: Salesforce Technical Developer, Technical Architect, Delivery Lead.
