- Lead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads, and delivery teams.
- Drive workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Support employee development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

- Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Escalate critical risks to senior leadership as required.
