Deputy Program Director ( Baseline Clearance )
Purpose: support the Program Director and deputise across program leadership. Seniority: Principal. Reports to: Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Program Director in governance forums and decisions within delegation.
- Coordinate workstream leads and resolve cross workstream dependencies.
- Oversee the program office functions and reporting cycle.
- Coach ASIC managers in program governance practice.
Essential: senior program leadership in large government programs; dependency and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams. Desirable: experience deputising on a program of comparable scale; P3O or MSP.
