Responsibilities
- Configure andcustomize solutions using Salesforce platform to support criticalbusiness functions and meet project objectives and clientrequirements
- Ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed in configuring andcustomizing the application
- Provide detailedlevel of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
- Articulate thebenefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and datamigration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Follow andunderstand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resultingfrom product releases and acquisitions
- Communicate withproject manager, scrum master, clients and other developers todesign cohesive project strategies and ensure effectivecollaboration throughout all phases of development, testing anddeployment
- Interact directlywith clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyzeproject objectives and capability requirements, includingspecifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactionswith internal Salesforce instances
