Mid / Senior Change Analyst or Communications Specialist (Citizen with Baseline)
Purpose: support impact assessment, readiness tracking, communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
Seniority: Mid to senior.
Reports to: Change Management Lead.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the change impact register and readiness surveys.
- Write plain language communications for internal and external audiences, coordinated with ASIC Group Communications.
- Coordinate role based training and train the trainer sessions.
- Track adoption and support demand after each release.
Essential: change analysis or communications on technology change programs.
