- Prior experience with Ultimaas, Ultimaas 2 and/or Acurity is highly desirable

- Sound understanding of ITIL – Problem and Incident Management.
- Demonstrated experience in a support role.
- Understanding of AGILE development techniques
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, engineering or business or other relevant qualifications. Alternatively, has demonstrated experience in similar roles
