Detailed Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for SailPoint IdentityIQ IIQ implementations and enhancements
- Exposure to IAM related business processes, user lifecycle management, provisioning, and access certification
- Extensive hands-on experience in Playwright automation using TypeScript
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and executing end-to-end test automation frameworks and test suites using Playwright
- Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, Middleware, and Support teams to investigate, resolve, and validate issues across environments
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and effective defect management
- Prepare Test Completion Reports (TCRs), quality metrics, dashboards, and executive level status reports
- Participate in production readiness reviews, provide quality assessments, and recommend release sign-offs
- Contribute to release planning, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, and overall quality governance activities
- Review business and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
