Job Description
Purpose: lead change strategy, stakeholderengagement, communications, readiness, adoption and transition planning across Registry Connect.
Reports to: Product and Business Engagement lead (Communications and Change Management function).
Responsibilities
- Set a practical change approach aligned to Registry Connect delivery and ASIC corporate practice.
- Assess change impacts on ASIC staff, registry users(including directors in the Director ID linking campaign), intermediaries, support teams and BAU.
- Measure readiness before each release and advise on goor no go.
- Integrate change with product, delivery, legal, dataand engineering teams.
- Leave ASIC with a change toolkit, champion network andtrained change staff.
Essential: change leadership on large technology or regulatory transformationswith internal and external users; recognised change methodology.
Desirable: Prosci or similar certification; government regulator or registry change.
