Job Description:
- Agile Release Train (ART) Enablement: Provide a dedicated or fractional Release Train Engineer to support one or more Agile Release Trains. Act as a servant leader and chief facilitator across multiple Agile teams.
- Planning & Execution Facilitation: Support alignment between business priorities, product management, architecture, and delivery teams. Proactively surface and escape delivery risks and systemic impediments. Partner with client leadership to resolve blockers impacting flow and outcomes.
- Delivery Transparency & Reporting: Establish and manage ART-level delivery visibility (PI Objectives, Program Boards, metrics). Provide clear reporting on progress, predictability, risks, and outcomes. Support executive and stakeholder communication on delivery status.
- Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on scaled Agile practices. Facilitate Inspect & Adapt outcomes and drive measurable improvements. Support uplift of Agile maturity and ways of working.
- Engagement & Operating Model: Ongoing managed service. Transitional role with handover to internal teams. Clear definition of outcomes, success measures, and responsibilities between vendor and client.
