Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead to leadtechnical delivery across complex application and infrastructure landscapes. Priorknowledge of Vulcan and Leapfrog is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams to deliverprojects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
  
• Act as the primary technical point of contact forproject stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
  
• Oversee application and systems analysis acrossCOTS, bespoke, and SaaS platforms
  
• Ensure effective design and implementation of systeminterfaces, data flows, and integrations
  
• Provide direction on solution architecture,environments, and deployment strategies
  
• Ensure solutions align with cybersecurityfundamentals and IT governance standards
  

Mandatory skills:

• Knowledge of technical applications such as Vulcan and Leapfrog
  
• Experience in application and systems analysis,including:
  
• Bespoke/custom applications
  
• SaaS platforms
  
• Proven experience in managing and leadingtechnical teams
  
• Experience coordinating with businessstakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (includingnetworks, servers, cloud platforms and end-user endpoints)
  
• Strong understanding of data flows and systemintegrations (APIs and middleware technologies)
  
• Familiarity with vendor technologies andsolution architectures
